Navigational aids:
Górki Zachodnie Beacon (triangulation beacon, square topmark) stands at on elevation of 22m, on the W bank of Brave Vistula River about 1 miles S of the river entrance. The beacon is not easily seen from the seaward but with the light-tower on the head of the E mole it provides a transit bearing 178° which marks the W side of the entrance channel clear of the sand bank farther W.

General information:
Górki Zachodnie is a fishing village situated on the W bank of Brave Vistula River (the middle arm of the Vistula delta), about 1 mile S of the river entrance. Górki Zachodnie is the E suburb of Gdańsk.
There is coastal rescue station with rescue vessel and appropriate land equipment
