At present Górki Wschodnie is the E suburb of Gdańsk. The small harbour for cutters and fishing boats has three wooden piers with depth of 2.8 to 3.6 m alongside. There is a shipyard on the W bank opposite the fishing harbour, where sea-going auxiliary craft and small vessels are built.
