Sinopacific's Zhejiang yard in Ningbo, China, has entered into a contract with Ulstein for the delivery of twelve design packages for platform supply vessels (PSV) of the PX105 design for Seatankers Group.

The contract incorporates a comprehensive equipment package including design, engineering and equipment supplied by Ulstein. The vessels are 88.9m long with a beam of and 19m. They are equipped with a diesel-electric propulsion system and a comprehensive electrical package delivered by Ulstein Power & Control. Fitted with Azipull 100 propellers, they will be able to reach speeds of 15.5 knots. The loading deck area is in excess of 1,000 m2, and the vessels each have a deadweight of 4,700 tonnes.
